Billing

Red Bull Distribution has the following payment terms available to our customers.

COD – Cash on Delivery – Payment is required upon each delivery. We accept Cash or Check.

Net 30 - this means when product is left at your location and you have 30 days from the date of that invoice in which to pay the invoice. Click here for the options to pay your bill.

After securing credit, your account will be placed on Net30, this means when product is left at your location you have 30 days from the date of that invoice in which to pay the invoice.

To apply for Credit terms, please visit creditapp.redbull.com and fill out the appropriate information. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing this application.

Once the form is submitted, a transaction ID will be provided via email, please save this for your records.

With an email attached to the account you will also receive Statements twice a month for your records in addition to the invoices left at the location.

If you would like to increase your accounts credit limit, please fill out this form.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process application, completion of processing will be followed up via e-mail confirmation.

Credit term customer can pay online using our Online Payment Portal (known as EIPP). User guide can be found here.  

 

To use the portal for the first time, you will need an invitePlease email eippsupport@redbull.com with your customer number. If you need help finding this, you can use a previous invoice.

Once you receive the invitation email, you’ll want to bookmark the link provided, as this will be your unique login URL.

 

Other Important Topics: 

  • I have multiple accounts with separate AR account numbers. Can I use one login and view all my accounts?
    • Answer: Yes, you will need to register for each account individually through unique invites, but all accounts will tie into the same shared view once this is complete. You can use multiple payment accounts to pay for individual customers or use one payment account to pay invoices from multiple customers. 
  • Am I able to view my open invoices and/or pull down a current statement?
    • Answer: Yes, you can view open invoices directly in the portal. However, overall statements will continue to be sent via email. The “Open Bills” tab in the portal will show you the due dates for open invoices, similar to a statement.
  • Does the portal offer automatic withdrawal options from my checking account?
    • Answer: Yes, you can set up automatic payments directly in the “Administration” tab in the portal. Please refer to the Reference Guide listed above.
  • What payment types are accepted?
    • Answer: ACH is the only acceptable payment method at this time.
  • Is it possible to pay multiple invoices at once in the portal?
    • Answer: Yes, you can choose to select multiple invoices to pay at once, either from a single customer or across multiple customer accounts, if desired.

Red Bull can provide monthly statements two times a month that will detail all open invoices with amounts due.
