STEP 1

Start the reset process

On the EIPP login screen, select “Forgot your password?”

STEP 2

Confirm your email address

Enter the email address tied to your EIPP account, then select “Proceed.”

STEP 3

Acknowledge the confirmation

When the message confirms that a reset link or code was sent, select “OK.”

STEP 4

Find your one-time code

Open the email with the subject “One Time Code (OTC) to reset password” and copy the code.

TIP The code is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires, restart the reset process to request a new one.

STEP 5

Create a new password

Enter and confirm your new password, paste the OTC from the email, and select “Submit.” Follow the password rules shown on screen.

STEP 6

Sign in

Return to the EIPP login screen and sign in with your email address and new password.
